Vinay Pai is the co-founder and CEO of Prósperos. Prósperos is driving financial inclusion for 400M+ Latinos in the Western Hemisphere by empowering them to manage their finances while supporting their families in the USA and LATAM.

Prior to Prósperos, he served as CTO of BILL (formerly Bill.com), where he scaled the engineering team from 65 to over 750 and introduced advanced payment capabilities, including international and real-time payments. His leadership was pivotal in BILL’s successful IPO in 2019 and key acquisitions, including Divvy ($2.5B) and Invoice2go ($625M).

Vinay brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the technology and financial sectors including senior leadership roles at Intuit, driving innovation in the QuickBooks ecosystem, and at First Data, where he led engineering for the Clover point-of-sale platform. 

Vinay holds an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Computer Science from Rice University.
