Henrique Dantas

Henrique Dantas is the co-founder & COO at Sanctu. Sanctu regenerates the Amazon by empowering small farmers with technology to optimize land use and agroforestry, allowing them to issue carbon credits and increase income by 10x.

Henrique previously led the Sustainability practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Brazil for 9 years, pioneering sustainability efforts and driving initiatives that contributed to environmental conservation. He also spearheaded Brazil's leading sustainability event, the Brazil Climate Summit, highlighting his deep commitment to climate action. Coming from a family deeply involved in Amazonian conservation, Henrique is dedicated to addressing environmental challenges through innovation.

Henrique holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an Executive Degree in Climate and Sustainability from Columbia Climate School. He’s also completed a program at Harvard University under the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations. Henrique earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo.
